Describe the workflow you want to stop doing by hand.
The most useful first message is a concrete one: what the process is, who runs it today, how often it happens, and what breaks when it goes wrong. I reply personally, usually within a business day.
Not sure it is an AI problem? Say so. A fair number of workflows are better fixed with ordinary software, and I would rather tell you that than sell you an agent.
